For nearly twenty years, I've worked at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product innovation, helping brands like Rain-X, Permatex, Stanley, and DeWalt grow. I've partnered with leading retailers including AutoZone, Home Depot, Walmart, and Amazon, and learned how to drive results across sales channels, customers, and categories.

My career began on the ground, merchandising tools in big-box stores, listening to customers, and learning what makes a quality product. Over time, I moved from sales rep to channel marketing, to product development, to national account leader, managing a $100M+ portfolio and launching new products that generate tens of millions in revenue. What I've discovered is simple: Growth happens when you pair creative product solutions with strong retail partnerships and the right team to execute.

My influences are a mix of sports, art, and relationships. Sports built my foundation. Football, Wrestling, Rugby, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu taught me discipline, resilience, and teamwork. My family gave me an appreciation for art and creativity. My grandparents were makers, my father a musician, my brother a craftsman, and my partner an artist. Relationships with friends, family, and colleagues continue to shape me, and I've surrounded myself with people who execute ideas. Together, these influences show up in how I build brands, products, teams, and partnerships today.
My philosophy is simple: Action over hesitation; failure is the foundation of progress. Collaboration over ego; the team is greater than the sum of its parts. Simplicity over complexity; continuous improvement enables sustainable success.
I lead by example, I mentor through perspective, and I push for growth with discipline and creativity.
Outside of work, I live with curiosity and simplicity. I value freedom and agility, I train for strength and resilience, I travel to broaden perspective, and I seek new ways to keep learning.
My professional mission follows the same principles. I connect great branded products with great national retailers, building partnerships that help people pursue their hobbies, support their livelihoods, and improve their everyday lives (like providing the voiceover that walks customers through Rain-X wiper blade installation).
